I've been dinking around with my camera quite a bit over the last 7 months. I hadn't really picked it up since I was 20, but felt a new urge to perfect some of my skills (or lack there of) once I started blogging. I have to say I'm pretty in love with photography in the most simple and natural sense.
I like using natural light, and I like the little beauties of everyday life. I adore still life photography. Yes, that I means I enjoy taking pictures of vases, cups, shoes...things that don't move. Sound boring? Ah, come on...taking pictures of flowers is rad!
From time to time...I actually do take pictures of people too. I have some friends who are incredible fashion & wedding photographers. I wouldn't put myself up there with them (it's not really my thing anyway), but I'm getting better at capturing people in their world. That's my favorite, those funny candid moments.
