Contact us with the items you are interested and the event date. We can assist you further by emailing you more detailed photos and checking on availability. We are also happy to make suggestions based on your event size and style if you need help deciding.
We will let you know if your rental choices are available on your desired date and work up a quote for you.
Once you have made your final decisions regarding your order, you will be sent an official Invoice. This will include your total rental cost, delivery fee (if applicable) and deposits.To learn more about how deposits work visit our FAQ page or Download 2013-14 JARFLY Rental Agreement.
Your rentals are reserved upon your balance being paid in full. You can pay your JARFLY bill in ONE of the following two ways:
1. Checks can be made out to JARFLY and mailed to:

2. Click the button below to pay online with your PayPal account. Please enter the grand total amount from your invoice in the field and follow the PayPal prompts to complete your transaction. ($3.00 processing fee)
Orders that are not paid within 14 days will be automatically cancelled. We always send you a "check in" email before we do this. If you are having trouble paying your bill online, call us at 503.902.5272 and you may pay your bill over the phone via debit/credit card. Please note that office hours vary.
A Rental Agreement must be signed before you can take your rental order on pick-up/delivery day.
